1. Digital Product Notice
KeyRush sells digital products, including software licenses and activation keys. Because digital products can be viewed, copied, redeemed, or activated shortly after delivery, refund rights may be limited once a key has been delivered or used.
2. Refunds For Unused Keys
You may request a refund for an unused and unactivated key within 7 days of delivery.
To request a refund, contact us with:
- Order number
- Email used at checkout
- Product name
- Reason for the request
We may verify whether the key has been delivered, viewed, redeemed, activated, or otherwise used before approving a refund.
3. Invalid Keys
If a key is invalid, already redeemed, or cannot be activated, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Product name
- Screenshot of the activation error
- Activation platform or software version
- Region/country where you tried to activate
If the issue is confirmed and not caused by incorrect activation, wrong region, incompatible product, customer misuse, or breach of license terms, we may provide a replacement key or refund.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are normally not available when:
- The key has already been activated or redeemed
- The customer purchased the wrong product, version, region, or platform
- The product is incompatible with the customer’s device or system
- The customer changed their mind after receiving or activating the key
- The customer shared, resold, or publicly posted the key
- The activation failed because the publisher account, device, or region does not meet requirements
- The request is made outside the stated time limit
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually processed within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.
Payment gateway fees, currency conversion fees, and bank fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can investigate and help. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension and cancellation of future orders.
