1. Genuine Product Commitment

We aim to source digital products, software licenses, and activation keys through trusted supply channels. We do not support cracked software, pirated licenses, malware, unauthorized key generators, or illegal activation tools.

2. Product Information

Each product page should explain the relevant product details where applicable, including:

  • Product name and version
  • License type
  • License duration
  • Device limit
  • Supported region
  • Activation method
  • Platform or publisher requirements

Customers should review this information carefully before purchasing.

3. Supplier Review

We work to review suppliers and product sources before making products available on KeyRush. If a product issue is reported, we may investigate the supplier, request proof, suspend product availability, or remove the product from sale.

4. No Piracy

KeyRush does not sell or support:

  • Cracked software
  • Pirated licenses
  • Key generators
  • Malware or bypass tools
  • Products obtained through theft, fraud, or account abuse

Any customer or supplier involved in piracy, abuse, fraud, or unauthorized resale may be banned from using KeyRush.

5. Reporting A Product Concern

If you believe a product is invalid, suspicious, or incorrectly described, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Screenshot of the issue
  • Activation error message
  • Any message from the software publisher, if available

6. Verification And Resolution

If a product is confirmed invalid and the issue is not caused by wrong region, wrong product, incorrect activation, customer misuse, or breach of license terms, we may provide a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.

All product names, logos, brands, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. KeyRush is not affiliated with every listed publisher unless explicitly stated on the relevant product page.
